David Cohen

David Cohen leads construction for Urban Blue Group, carrying each residence from approved drawings to finished home. He is the steady hand on site, coordinating trades, sequencing the build, and holding every phase to the standard the design demands.

With a builder's instinct for what a drawing becomes in three dimensions, David anticipates the conflicts that surface between intent and execution and resolves them before they reach the field. His oversight keeps schedules honest and quality uncompromised, so the home that opens its doors is the home that was promised.

David works in close partnership with the architecture, design, and development teams, translating their ambition into buildable reality. His command of the construction process is a large part of why Urban Blue Group's residences feel as considered in their joinery as they are in their conception.
